Odella Affiliate Program Rules

The Odella Affiliate Program is intended for users who want to help expand the Odella community and be rewarded for referring new customers. Please review the following rules and requirements for participation.

📝 Program Rules

Eligibility

  • You must have an active, paid Odella subscription.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.
  • You should have an established audience or community relevant to Odella.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Odella’s features and value.

Referral Process

  • Each affiliate receives a unique referral link.
  • Referred users must sign up through your link and become paying customers for you to be eligible for commission.
  • Each user may only use one affiliate code, one time.

Commissions

  • Affiliates earn a 20% commission on the referred user’s subscription fees for their first year as a paying customer.
  • If a referred user cancels their subscription before one year, commission payments for that user will stop.
  • Commissions do not apply to enterprise or custom-tier plans.
  • Payouts are processed monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD.
  • All commissions are subject to verification and compliance with these rules.

Content & Promotion Guidelines

  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Odella in all promotional content, in accordance with applicable laws.
  • All promotional materials must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices are not permitted.
  • Use of Odella’s brand assets must comply with our brand guidelines.

Program Integrity

  • Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the program will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
  • Odella may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, or your participation, at any time.
  • Affiliates must keep any non-public information about Odella confidential.
  • Reports of spamming, abuse, or conduct that harms the Odella brand or community will result in program termination and may result in legal action.
