Subprocessors

Odella uses third-party service providers to help deliver, secure, support, and maintain the Services. A provider is treated as a Subprocessor when it processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of Odella in connection with the Services.

Current Subprocessor list

The current list of Subprocessors, including their processing functions and locations where available, is maintained in the Odella Trust Center. The Trust Center list is the authoritative Subprocessor list incorporated into our Data Processing Addendum.

Customer-selected services

A third party that a customer directly contracts with and instructs independently of Odella is not an Odella Subprocessor. A provider does not cease to be an Odella Subprocessor merely because a customer selects or enables it through the Services if Odella contracts with that provider to process Customer Personal Data on Odella’s behalf.

Change notices and objections

Odella provides notice of intended additions or replacements as described in Section 7 of the Data Processing Addendum. Customers may request direct Subprocessor change notices or submit a reasonable data-protection objection by contacting legal@odella.ai.
